Shipping Destinations
Founty currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping destinations will be confirmed at checkout.
We do not currently ship to destinations outside the United States. Shipping availability may change as we expand.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery is estimated to take 6–10 business days after an order has been processed and shipped. The estimated total time from ordering to delivery is therefore approximately 7–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe communicated at checkout—or within 30 days if no timeframe was provided—we will notify you and offer any options required by applicable law, including cancellation for a prompt refund.
Shipping Rates and Import Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. All shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the amount paid at checkout. You should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
Sales tax, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout.
Where Orders Ship From
Orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from our logistics partner’s facility in China.
Each shipment includes tracking from the fulfillment facility to the delivery address. Shipping internationally allows us to maintain centralized fulfillment and product quality control while serving customers throughout the United States.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than seven business days, contact info@justfounty.com with your order number.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask members of your household or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Email us with your order number and tracking information.
We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Any available replacement or refund will depend on the circumstances, carrier investigation, and applicable law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you need to change your address, contact info@justfounty.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again. If the order cannot be reshipped, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@justfounty.com within 48 hours when reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Claims will be handled according to our Refund Policy. This reporting period does not limit rights available under applicable law.
